Open The Home combines the low listing fee [$500] of a 'for-sale-by-owner' company with the full service of an experienced local Open The Home agent. Once you list, Open The Home immediately goes to work for you. We let the agents and the buyers in your area know that your home is now for sale. When a buyer makes an offer, Open The Home will notify you and provide support with your negotiations.

Open The Home encourages all sellers to hire a professional photographer. Although we allow you to take and post up to 25 photos for free, the impact of professional photos is directly connected to the number of buyers who will be attracted to visit your home.
